I used to think that some comic authors were flakey with their updates, but after getting to know them better I see that it is the backend of this app that is flakey. Some comics that update daily like clockwork can fall behind by 3 or 4 days. Some only update a week after the new episode is posted. Dumbing of Age, for instance has missed the last two updates. Forward never updates on Monday until I click on it. If the developer could get more reliability into the back end, this would be a 5 Star app.

This is a great app with intuitive controls... until you want to stop reading a comic and try another one. As far as I can tell, the only way to get back to the list of comics is to force-quit and reopen the app.

There is what I hope is a bug occurring, which is forcing an ad open every time i flip between strips. Its impossible to read anything with it breaking up the flow. Been using this app for years, nearly since release, and im really disappointed this is occurring.

This app has a great view on the selections. The store might me outdated because some links to those items are led to a 404 page, or saying item not found. The important thing about the app is it DOESN'T HAVE A WAY TO GO BACK FROM THE CURRENT COMIC I READ!!! What if I want to read a different comic than the current one? I'm sick and tired of closing out the app and reopening it.

This app is everything I want in a webcomic app. Great selection of comics, great reading mechanism (tap on either side of screen to move forward and back, double tap to focus/unfocus on a panel), great user interface. It has a couple small bugs: If I read a strip (by tapping through it), go back one strip and read that, then go forward to the original strip, it then fails to load that strip (but can be fixed by swiping back two strips then forward again); one comic I read called He Is A Good Boy doesn’t get updated properly in the app because the creator often does double or triple updates together on a single web page, and I guess this app only expects one update per web page. Those bugs are minor though, and they don’t stop me from using this app every single day. GET THIS APP, it will multiply your love of webcomics tenfold.

I appreciate an app that supports discovery and payment for webcomics artists. This is too limited. I have a hundred tabs on my browser of webcomics to read. Won't read a few here and others there. Bigger problem is that there is no way to get to 1st or whatever place I was at on browser.

Its a great app i enjoy comics that is provided however its very difficult to navigate within the comic, i want to start at the beginning of comics especially if it is the first time opening it(reading it) add some buttons that would allow me to go to any page number or chapter if possible, at least make it possible to allow us navigate to the pages we want.

Does this thing where if a page fails to load for whatever reason (bad connection etc) it will never load that page ever again. It's just a black screen on that one page, until the end of time. Some kind of caching problem? Anyway buggy as hell fix please.
