It is the best rate i ever used, I did tried att,and any other international calling but ivox is the cheapest rate i found for me not the best but it best of the rest. So it is the cheApest calling card you can find.

I tried other companies but iVox offered the best rate. I call from USA to Europe and South America, and the connection is good as well (sometimes, some delay in the return but not a serious thing). I recommend it.

Setup was a little iffy but after combining it with my land line account it works great with the same low rates.

Downloaded: they told me call our customer service to verify your account; and after waiting more than 20 no response; it's been almost 2 hours no response. Now they have my credit card info for no reason; I already made my call with viber. What a waist

Easy to use for international calls. Don't have to look for calling cards. However, sometimes the delay was little bit longer than 3 seconds.
