Awesome but I spent a ton of gems on something that doesn’t work...

I was having a ton of fun, but then I decided to upgrade one of my characters, it was supposed to make it so when he got smacked he doubled damage, this did nothing, I had spent a couple hours earning gems on something that doesn’t work. Would be five stars if not for this bug.
Please refund my gems and I’ll write a better review

I love this game but it glitches. I bought a chest for 150 gems and I got a super rare companion. It glitches and I lost my 150 gems and my companion. I was very upset with this performance. Please refund me my gems.

This game is great in all so I tried to purchase something to support the app and get something in return (gems) It took my money but it didn't give me the gems back. So I tried again and it said it will get me the gems for free since it didn't give me it last time and now it's stuck in an never ending loop of saying refunding purchase. Please Help

I liked the game itself but I tried to buy something and it took my money but didn't give me gems! I don't know if this is a bug because I tried multiple times and it says it will give it to me for free because I've bought it before but still nothing! I hope you guys fix this, because I am beyond furious.

Had to come back here and devalue my star rating since I've been waiting since July for a new update. It is now December and still no new update. The game was great; so much so that I had beaten it within a couple weeks. I play the dungeon (that requires keys) now, but after 4 months of just doing that and not to mention getting RIPPED OFF saving up my gems just to get a companion/item that I already have (over n over again. N it takes time to save up enough gems so when it happens I get EXTREMELY annoyed). I'm over it. If they don't update soon I'm just gonna delete it. I've already moved on but was holding out hope that an update would easily drag me back. But times a ticking. Otherwise great simple game; just lack of replayabillity and content. Please prove me wrong.
Cannot play due to tap sensitivity

I really want to play this game. I love the idea and the graphics are cute. However, I cannot play it because of how sensitive the game is to tapping. Nearly every time I try to swipe, it counts as a tap and I lose my combo if there is no block triggered. Considering how unforgiving the game is otherwise, this is unacceptable from a playability perspective.
