For being a relatively young start-up they've done a great job developing a mobile app. It's functionality & interface are for the most part user friendly. My only issue is that they don't seem to ever fix the few problems I've experienced since downloading two years ago. The 'my account' option in the menu tab has never worked. Rarely does it keep me signed in or remember my info. And the save $$ on your first order promo always pops up when opening (made multiple orders). All in all no apps perfect and their quality of clothing/affordability heavily outweighs a couple app bugs.

The app is...fine. Forces me to login/logout frequently to see my account. Not the end of the world. But I can't rate the clothing since they pushed my shipment date from October to mid-November...to December...to January...to early February...to LATE February...now to mid-March. I don't foresee myself ever receiving my purchase. *** UPDATE *** It's now almost May and not only have I still not received my order but customer "service" won't even respond to me. These guys are scammers. Lesson learned. *** UPDATE *** They finally responded to me after a dozen attempts, only to let me know the product I ordered STILL isn't available. I cancelled my order after waiting 9 months with no end in site. I'll be contacting the BBB.

Why even offer tuxedos if you don't ever have any in stock? I'm willing to drop probably close to $400 but your tux inventory has been zero since at least February.

Less than glorified website. Really frustrating UX, eg clicking on Chinos brings you to Denim and up the list the error persists. Then when you go back to menu you have to scroll all the way back to where you were! Just anchor it. Cheaply made APP

I've had an order placed since 5/19 and I haven't heard from them. I tried emailing, calling, everything. I wasn't annoying and I was polite, yet I have yet to hear from them. I bought a 200$ suit, you'd think they would act like it.

The worst buying experience online ever. Please do not use this site, I purchased a suit back in March and I have still not received the order. I have spoken to customer support and management multiple times and they just lie about delivery times. Really terrible service..

I used to really have a lot of respect for Combatant gentlemen. I have lost all said respect. They have become a pirate company and have stolen 275 of my hard earned dollars. I've tried to do a refund and exchange and have still not received my goods or my money back. Buyer beware!!!!!

My pants never arrived. This is the answer I got when I contacted them. "Hi Nico unfortunately I was laid off last week as was everyone. I think the best way to get your money or your product is to somehow get in touch with Vishaal Melwani (the ceo) or contact your credit card for a charge back. I’m so sorry obviously we are all devasted by the news."
