I downloaded this app and was a little confused at first that it took me to a web page and not an app. Signed up on the web page and still no ColRegs. Closed the page and the app and reopened the app and signed in and finally found what I was looking for. A little complicated when there so many pages and sites where the rules are easily downloaded but I thought I would find something making it easier to memorize or more exciting to read. It does tag where you stop reading so you can return to the same part and will flag rules you need to come back too. It has audio for the rules if you have a headset and is quite a nice addition if you want to just listen instead of read or both at the same time. Nice pics and more pleasant then your standard edition of ColRegs. All in all a great way to learn the rules. In addition it has a great section on introduction to Radar and Maritime Geography. Very interesting read. This app just gets better and better. Highly recommend it
