Found the program has problems when using a photo from your library. Doesn’t allow me to select the photo then color it. I have to take a picture using the app before it will work.

This app is difficult to navigate. Not very intuitive and requires a lot of back and forth which is time consuming and frustrating.

This is a great idea but it isn’t the most intuitive. For example, it is great that it suggests a coordinating color for below a chair rail but I’ve spent way too much time trying to figure out what that other color is (and I still haven’t been able to find it). Too difficult to save ideas as well.

I worked for months on finding perfect colors for my house and when I went in to the app recently None of my saved pictures were there. This has happened to me twice now. Worst. Color. App. Ever.

I’m just trying to select a color that I see on my screen, but trying to click on it doesn’t do anything. Even writing a review is a lot more complicated than it needs to be. I typed all this and title. Why does a review need a title?

I think this has to be the most confusing app I have ever tried to use. Not intuitive at all. Picking paint colors for many of us non-interior decorator types is difficult and stressful enough; the last thing we need is this further frustration.

This is a difficult app to use. I have had better results sometimes logging in directly to the Sherwin website. When I use the App it paints everywhere not just the walls like on the website. It is frustrating and not as helpful as other apps I have used.
