I have the current updates, but I can’t figure out how to color the image on the watch. Nothing at happens when I turn the dial for instance. Can you ho?

I used to have the app on my Watch but I just updated it to the 6.1 and I’m still not seeing it on my Apple Watch, just my phone? I loved it, please help.
