Listen to what parents are saying:

"Fantastic" (*****) This app is by far the best value in available coloring apps. Unlike many other apps, this one is very well made. Easy to use, well designed interface - kids figure it out without any help! There's countless drawings of various difficulty levels. One last thing: we've used it for weeks and the app has not crashed a single time!

"Happy kid - great!" (*****) Very nice app! My kid can't wait to grab my iPhone to play it! Explores creativity too! Thank you!

"The drawings are amazing" (*****) My kids just love these drawings and have fun with them over and over! We all love it!

“Keep up the good work” (*****) My teenage daughter and I love the app, I know that you probably only hear from little kid's parents, but I love an app that helps me relax and be creative (there is no artistic ability in me at all :), and also lets my daughter who is an artist just have some fun after her extremely hectic school day.

Reviews

Toddlers' Mom

Boo...the update is not good. My 4 year old and 3 year old used to love this app, but the new version is too messy for them to use easily. Why show color packs to them that aren't even included??? Kids are the ones coloring..not adults. Make it more kid-friendly like it used to be. AND don't make the pages they've already colored show as colored. Add back the easy save button!

Update not worth it

I wrote two long reviews about the new version and the developer keeps removing it. The UI is not as friendly as the previous version and now there are options to purchase more drawings which is like waving candy in a kids face. Get it together and keep it simple!

User interface nightmare - not for kids
drahardja

Version 2.0's UI is the equivalent of using every font you own to write a one-page letter. This app's designer has apparently forgotten what (I presume) is the basic premise of this app: a coloring book for kids. With such a purpose in mind, you'd guess the UI would be designed to get kids to the coloring page, and quickly—but you'd be mistaken. The UI has an overwhelming amount of "things I added because I can". Disappearing icons, nonstandard scrolling interface, bizarre counter-scrolling thumbnails, wobbly deletion actions with gratuitous sound effects, you name it. Everything else BUT the coloring activity is "improved". My 3-year-old is a fan of the previous version. It wasn't great, and had some annoying UI hiccups, but they were relatively minor compared to this version's distractions and impediments. I'm not going to foist this version on her. To the developers: NOT a good job, guys. Next time, keep your audience in mind, and hold back on the show-off UI.

Amazingly fun

I think I found my new favorite app!

Very dissatisfied
btoler

The design is extremely confusing for my four-year-old (who can get around other apps with no problem. While I might be able to forgive a poorly designed app, the book "upgrades" are absolutely ridiculous. Those who haven't purchased, be warned that the number of available pictures IS NOT included in the purchase price. I would have rather paid a higher price for a completely unlocked app. There are too many good and cheap apps for kids to waste your time and money on this.

New update: WOW!
pleasedtomeetyou

This app is gorgeous and super easy to use for my 4yo son. The 'book' idea is awesome! I use the 'locked' books as a reward. When he wants more drawings, I just tap and buy him another book! There's also a setting to 'hide' all the locked books. Great job Colorama!!!

Latest update: coooool!
