Used to work just great but not after new update!

I used to love this app. I was able to check and see which scratchers had the most winners, and I could check all of my scratch tickets and lotto tickets anywhere(even though I still check the numbers just in case) but after the new update it’s stuck on the blue screen like other reviews say...it’s been this way for a few days so why hasn’t it been fixed? And there’s the fact that the developer doesn’t seem to respond to most issues. Seriously? Fix the app it could only improve your sales...

Fails to scan lotto barcodes

Finally allow scanning of tickets but does it poorly and you have to kill and restart the app if there is more than one ticket. Scanner does not indicate what you have won if you manage to get a scan that indicates a winner. Customer support is abysmal.

I like the second chance drawing but it is hard to tell on the lottery ticket which second chance drawing it goes in to. I wonder what I do if I would win. Do I need to keep my ticket. How do I claim. There is no way to contact anyone that I see.

Every other state I have visited that has a lottery app shows the amount you have won when you scan a ticket. Why can’t the colorado lottery app do that?
