Why Apple allowed this app here. Downloaded asking to verified in iTunes so I went ahead but got notification from my card said took $2.99. I still thought that's okay as long as I still can get my background color change but all kinds of pop up ask to download then I realized this app not said what described on the page. I want my refund back. I need to contact Apple/iTunes on this. I'm furious.
