Simple and Fun

The game itself is pretty simple- you have 5 towers you can place and upgrade up to level 8. That may sound like it would get boring, but surprisingly, it doesn’t. The game consists of several pre-made levels, randomly generated levels, and a level creator (which I have not personally tried yet.) If you’re looking for something to play while waiting to see a doctor or something to play in general, this game is an excellent choice. It can be challenging too! You really have to strategize in the later levels or else you will likely not get past them. Combining the attack methods of different towers is key to every victory, so don’t worry about it being too easy. There are difficulty levels as well (easy, normal, hard) and much more content to come! I don’t typically rate apps 5 stars, even many top-notch apps, but this one takes the cake for its amazing balance of simplicity, strategy, and fun. I recommend you try it before you skip over it!

I spend way to much time playing this game. I beat all the levels and just start over again. Legendary status will be reach once more levels become available. Currently it is a short term game for most due to limited level. It’s a shame
Love it, but 1 problem

My review would be 5 stars, but the placement of the towers is really annoying. I am playing on an iPad mini5, and the towers will stick to edges of the track as you are trying to place them. I will move my finger to a clear area and then the tower will jump past where I want to put it. Very annoying, and sometimes impossible to put a tower in a tight spot.

The good: almost all the fun of Geodefense, rich visuals, good level designs and challenges. The bad: After paying $3 to remove ads it still has a game model that requires to watch videos or pay money to get power ups. Main screen is full of ads for the company and other games. Minus one star. Bug: having a tower selected for upgrade will sometimes disable the upgrade button even when sufficient rings are available. Does not remember settings between game plays. You have to set your speech/music/sounds preferences every time you play. Minus one star. Once per session when you win a level it throws up a modal message nothing that you can email your friends about your win. Obnoxious. Show me your viral spam ad attempts once and never again.

Been playing color defense off and on for several months. It doesn’t get old or boring very quickly. Every level presents a unique challenge. I could suggest some improvements for the UI, but the gameplay is top-notch TD.

This game is one of the best games I ever played, I don’t know what I am going to do if they discontinue this game. Thank you for creating games like this.
