I love this game but some levels are hard to pass

I am "new" to playing these games...I enjoy this one, the colors are bright, the characters cute, and some of the levels very annoying. But, it doesn't always open (or start) when I tap to play(?). Maybe my phone is just too old (and tired). But, I really enjoy playing.

I do enjoy playing the game but now since it updated I can't get any energy. I haven't had any energy for the past two days. Please try to fix the problem
