I love this app. But I have been unable to open app for 3 days now. I pay for the monthly subscription so this is very frustrating for me. PLEASE HELP

I love this app! Especially the ability to double tap to fill. Is there a way to darken or change the color of the number you are trying to find? It’s hard for me to see.
App won’t open

About two months ago started having trouble opening the app. Initially it would take two attempts. No too big of a deal. Than two weeks ago it would then average about ten attempts to open the app. For the past four days I have not been able to open the app at all despite updating my operating system or powering my iPad down and then turning it back on. I have n iPad Pro 9.7. I’ve noticed that this app has not been updated for quite some time. My hope is that you will see this and remedy the problem as I really enjoy using it. Please fix! December 27, 2019: version 4.3 did not fix crash issue. Still cannot open app. As I have completed quire a few pictures already I do not want to delete and reinstall app. Any plans / ideas on how to get this fixed? I really want to get back to drawing.

I deleted this app very shortly after installing it because of two things: 1) The pages don’t orient to landscape mode, which is mildly annoying because I have a keyboard attached to my iPad and having to turn it sideways to work on the picture is quite awkward; 2) You have to touch each block of color separately. It isn’t possible to drag over large blocks of the same color because the page moves along with the dragging. This is also annoying, especially compared to my cross-stitch by number app, which allows dragging and is a big time-saver when there are large blocks of the same color to go over. If you don’t mind either of these (to me) issues, then by all means give this app a try. I didn’t use it long enough to have an opinion on anything else associated with it.
Love the app but just a few suggestions

First of all I love this app. It’s the only one I think is worth having a subscription for. And trust me I’ve tried a lot of these types of apps. But there are a couple things that, for me at least, would make it better. I don’t like that if you double tap a square it fills in a big area all at once. A separate flood fill or paint bucket function would be better. I also wish I could erase mistakes on numbered squares, not just white ones. And also it would be awesome if you allowed people to import their own photos to color. But it really is a great app otherwise. Coloring is a great help for my anxiety.

Enjoy the app but everytime I try to open a new picture it kicks me out been trying to finish picture I started but won't let me.Tried downloading on my android device but can't be found Gonna be deleting app no fun when you get kicked out

I like everything about it I think it is very well worth it . Growing up I was beaten and abused I had no outlet . Now I color. Being disabled is very hard . I have autism and ptsd. I can’t afford your app. I wish I could do all the pics. Can you make an exception please.
