“Rewards returning soon” my butt

Pulse had a great system of rewards that were tangible and a great incentive to participate on the platform. Now they have removed them and pretend that they “will be back soon”. I redeemed multiple prizes before they made this change and when I tried to claim them I was told that they “were sorry” but weren’t offering them even though I had redeemed points for them before they went off market. They gave me back my points which are basically worthless as they only do raffles now. Absolute trash.

While I was lured in with the potential rewards of $2500 or a new iPhone X, as soon as a lot of users starting getting enough points to get them, they were suddenly gone. Now, there’s not really any rewards that are worth getting this app for.
A fun app, but where are the rewards?

I downloaded the app back about a year ago, saving up points for some nice rewards. However, with plenty of points now, there are literally no worthwhile rewards available anymore! Bring back some of the real rewards you once had and maybe people will begin to care again about this app!

TLDR: You will never be able to win any sort of reward from this app. Full Context: For transparency, I have been using this app for over a year now I believe. I use it every day; I used to do this because of the promise of rewards like an iPhone or cash, but now I do it solely to see just how deceiving this company/developer is. This app used to be like any other survey app where they’d offer you decent/good rewards in exchange for taking their surveys. Well as time goes by and people started earning enough points to get a reward of value, Pulse pulls all the expensive rewards before anyone can get it. Then they offer a gift card sweepstakes where it’s like a raffle and you have a chance to win something (no longer a guarantee)....well they just removed that too and now all that’s left is the option to donate to a couple of charities. Oh but wait, that’s also a sweepstakes so there’s no guarantee you’re actually doing any good either. Pulse is a complete scam, if you are looking to earn something for your survey responses look elsewhere. The surveys are interesting occasionally though lately they’ve become very repetitive, but it’s simply not worth wasting your time. There are better options out there. Don’t just take my word for it, look at all the most recent reviews from others; they all say the same thing. You’ll see the truth as soon as you download the app and go to the rewards tab, it takes 10 seconds to see for yourself. It’s one thing to not offer rewards ever, it’s another to rescind the offer once people get close to being able to redeem those rewards. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS APP OFFERS OR CLAIMS.

I understand the value of the surveys and of the ability to communicate with peers through this app but you shouldn’t have lured people with valuable rewards if you weren’t prepared to deliver. You baited people and then removed any incentives for us to keep coming back and contribute our time to your mission. I think if you’d at least communicate with the followers in regards to this issue, many would be much more understanding. Even here in reviews you avoid commenting on any complaints or questions that have to do with the rewards section - no integrity. I kept answering the surveys to keep the streak going, but I don’t believe the points will ever hold any value anymore so I’m getting rid of the app along with more than 20,000 points.

This app used to be great: take short surveys, get loads of points, get cool prizes. Now you barely get any points, but it doesn’t even matter because there aren’t any prizes anymore to cash in on. I’ve kept my steak for almost a year now in hopes that they’ll offer something cool, but I’m not holding my breath.

I signed up for this when there were rewards that had a decent amount of value. All of these are gone, not even a gift card remains. Actually, there's a raffle for one right now... The entire userbase now has to compete for one reward.
