Upgrade Not Working

This game was great and I spent a fair amount of money on in-game purchases. About two weeks ago I stopped receiving clothing and ball upgrades in the bags. Last night (07/30/17), a new update was pushed out. Now my app only gets to 79% and won't finish loading. Frustrated beyond belief. Please fix or refund my money.

I am so happy I could find this game! For many YEARS now I have been waiting for a mobile game that would let me play as Kentucky. I’m addicted to this game now! Thank you so so much! Now I just ask for a college football game that would let me play as Kentucky but there is no hurry at all. Thank you SO SO much for this game!
