I have tried login on the app on my phone and it’s has asked for my phone number for code verification ...I input the code it’s saying code time limit expired for good 4 times ...why

It asks for my ID it can’t auto read my ID so I opt for the manual capture, but then it want the back side of my ID and manual capture isn’t an option so I can’t log and use the app. It’s garbage.

It keeps on saying time expired provide a valid verification code for about 6 times when I got the code I put it in and it keeps on repeating itself..This had to be fixed it’s frustrating even it different cell number keeps on saying trash can’t open an account..Annoying

I tried the kiosk to by Bitcoin and here are the draw backs. First, they quoted the purchase price of Bitcoin about 2k higher than the actual price. The actual price at time of sale was 38k but when I bought it, the receipt said I bought it at 40k. Secondly, there was a $3.00 fee to buy it( I bought $100 worth). Thirdly, when I transferred the balance to my hard wallet, there was another $3.16 fee. So, in 20 minutes from my pocket to my hard wallet, it cost me about $14 dollars.also, there’s never been a 2k market spread. A small percentage, maybe, but not 2k.

I tried to login but they asked for my mobile number which I only have one. Once I put my number in, I get an error message that says that it is already with another account! This app needs to be updated so we don’t have this message. I don’t have any time to head to my nearest Vons and buy bitcoin at the kiosk. I was hoping that this one will be updated soon so I can buy it via iPhone.

Coinme is a fraud organization. Buying coin at the atm and getting to know the rate is different after redeeming the voucher. And with your new policy of not editing number so someone can help hit or her friend redeem a voucher will make your business die soon. You guys are not only the bitcoin company so don’t think someone can’t easily look for another atm to use
