No landscape mode on ipad

Boingo DNU

The latest update took away landscape mode on my ipad... this was a downgrade... wish I had not loaded the newest version

New GUI 2.0 - Loss of freatures

bcbrawn

Hey developers, V2.0: - The altfolios do not sort the coins like the previous version. Seems kind of random. - So much space between each line means much more scrolling. Half the info as before fits on the screen. - Lost the 6 month time span on the graph. It was useful. Other than that, luv it!

v2.0 wiped out my favorites/altfolios/watchlist

parmoni

so forcing me to upgrade to 2.0 means that i lose all the cryptos i was following? um, no thanks... on top of my v1 history not being preserved, they made the new version a lot more UI static, it no longer looks like a live ticker, just looks static, and leaves me wondering how long since the last update and how current is the new price change/volume.

Lost Altfolio

Christopher David S

Lost my altfolio. I used this to keep track of my assets across different exchanges and now it’s all a mess again because my altfolio is gone. I keep the app updated automatically and apparently that was a huge mistake.

Not happy

Turbo nonsense

Not to happy with 2.0. Now I have to scroll down on my artfolio to view my coins list. Before I was able to view most of them without scrolling down. Make the graph smaller to fit more coins on the screen.

Good App, although it used to be Great.

Dr.Sentovina

The app provides up to date pricing information for virtually all cryptocurrencies in existence, and the personal portfolio functional is very helpful for keeping tabs on what you own. However, since the update in late May 2019, the information provided on the app is much less specific in areas that require a high degree of specificity. It coarsely rounds the market cap value of an individual coin... for example: TRX has a market cap of $2,456,408,268, but Coin Cap will show it as $2billion. That’s an approximate 19% difference, which is huge! It also rounds the amount of coins any given cryptocurrency has in circulation. For example: TRX has an available supply of 66,682,072,191 coins, and the Coin Cap app rounds it to 67,000,000,000. Again, this rounding is much too liberal! There are a few more issues with the latest update, but I’ll leave it at this. I urge Coin Cap to put a greater emphasis on accuracy and update the app to correct this issue.

No vertical option?

Pennypenster

It only allows me to view in the vertical mode. It used to allow me in horizontal mode but since update that is not an option.

Landscape mode missing on this update!

Gr8books

Landscape mode missing on this update! Why the bloody hell did the developers remove this feature on the iPad. My iPad is always sitting on landscape position in my desk, like most iPad users.

Lost all info

Cruel Hand Luke

Like many others, I updated the app not knowing that I’d lose all my account information. Hopefully there is some sort of recovery plan in progress, but seeing as how some of the similar reviews were from a year ago, this seems questionable. Hopefully I didn’t permanently lose everything related to my accounts! **update** I’ve been going back and forth with customer support for two weeks now after being asked to “allow 24-48hrs for recovery support”. Still no news regarding all of my lost information. They just keep responding with short answers saying they are looking into it. It’s a real bummer.
