Worked when I first got it from AT&T. Now it shows a black screen and a not useful message (camera on standby, tap to continue).

To Joe, Go to settings, scanner app, and turn on your camera. I was getting a black screen too until I found out my camera was turned off. In settings you can also make other adjustments, like turning off notifications among other things.

This that was a solid three stars when it was the AT&T code scanner. Since the transition has gone downhill quickly. All I want is a code scanner not something that links with my Facebook to spam my Facebook friends and all this other BS that is not helpful. Buyer beware

This app aggressively tries to get into your Facebook and tries to sign you up for email notifications, etc. Stay away from this app.
