this is my favorite fitness app! - the video quality is really good/shows exercises from 4 angles (you can zoom in on one if you like) - doesn't use your data plan or require wifi - exercises are simple but effective (and fun) - coco's personality is cute and funny - the daily workout reminder notifications are very motivating

Coco really stresses importance of strong core , getting flat stomach, strong abs, and an overall body workout. They're simple enough to do but really wakes up those muscles especially those elbow planks. This is only for $2.99 and I'm feeling the burn. Nice job on different angles!

This is just sad...do you need money that bad that you would trick people into buying this app. As a matter a fact I don't blame you I blame myself for being a fool and paying $3 of my hard working money on this app but I was trying to give you a chance. To all who read this you have been warned DO NOT I repeat DO NOT download this app. You will pay $3 only to find out you can only see the workouts if you pay another $6.99!! Smh HaHa jokes on me, you got me! ?
