I have downloaded a dozen different apps in my search for a really useful coaching aid and this is by far and away the best app in the App Store. I am involved in coaching Highschool Basketball and CoachNote is outstanding as it includes everything that you need to explain teamplay & tactics.

Brilliant. The 3rd of 3 I've bought, and I don't think I'll need look any further. As someone mentioned, needs the ability to add notes on a play, but otherwise, excellent.

As a coach for an u12 basketball team, I was looking for an app to replace the boring white board used in team talks. Look no further than this, if like me, that is all you want. Just an hour messing around with this app and I could see our team talks transformed and full attention from the players guaranteed. With one or two animations thrown in this is a great tool for explaining and walking through tactics.

This app has the potential to become one of the most useful coach tools out there!It's easy to learn and very user friendly, once you've got a grasp of how it works you can create training drills, set plays, team positioning etc.I coach U13s Basketball and the app is great for aiding the team and individual players understanding of where to stand when putting on moves during a game, that in turn aids the efficiency of training sessions making them more productive. I've achieved this by creating a video play book, each new drill or set move is sent to the players who can review it at their leisure before attending training sessions, it's amazing how much difference it's made to the speed of their uptake.It can also be used at half time during games to explain structural changes or demonstrate areas of strength or weakness and how to fix or exploit them.With further updates adding new elements this app will get better and better!I'd recommend it to any coach but don't treat it as a novelty, get stuck in use your imagination a little and make it work for you.

Now this is a great application. I will show up five reasons which will tell you why I would really recommend this app. First of all it's very useful for playing with friends or for professional usage. Secondly it's very clear and you can really create and make your own tactics and strategies. Thirdly it's easy to use, you don't have to be a pro to use this app, it's simple. And the fourth reason, it's a new concept and new idea of making an app like this. At last, the price is fair for this fantastic application.

This is the kind of app that you would have been very helpful when I was a kid. It replaces to "old-school" white board that coaches would always use. The best part about the app, besides being very easy to use, is that there is so many features to the app. With this app you can make tons of plays and formations quickly. I would recommend using this app on an iPad rather than an iPhone.The only thing I would change about this app is the pictures the app uses for buttons and everything. They need to be retina quality. Once they make the pictures retina quality this app will be even better than it already is. This app is great though and that's why I rated it so highly!
