Every aspect of our app and community is focused on helping you achieve mastery. From day one, we show you your progress, celebrate your milestones, and answer your questions.

As you achieve mastery, you’ll have a chance to prove it by helping other people in the community. As you reach the highest level, you may be invited to become a personal coach yourself.

Coaching is almost illicit in its power. And it is the top performers in the world, people who will do almost anything to achieve their goals, who are most likely to have the services of a coach.

The Williams sisters (tennis), Tiger Woods (golf) and Mozart (music) had great coaching from birth: their fathers. Steve Jobs (CEO) had an executive coach. Tom Brady (American football) has a team of coaches provided by the Patriots and then another team of coaches he hired on his own to watch over his diet, recovery, flexibility, strength, and psychology.

In coaching, more is better.

When it comes to providing coaching services for you, these are the principles we believe in:

#1. Practice compounds.

Warren Buffett calls this the Snowball Effect. If you let a snowball roll downhill, it will gather momentum until it has become an avalanche. Coach.me is built around turning each of your goals into a regular practice. You’ll track your goals in order to hold yourself accountable to consistency.

#2. Elite performance comes from elite knowledge.

Each goal in Coach.me is its own community. You have access to Q&A from people who have had the exact same experience as you. Every coach in the system specializes in a handful of specific goals.

#3. Habits come from reinforcement.

We’re applying the principles of positive psychology to constantly reinforce your practices. Reinforcement strengthens your neural pathways leading to habit formation.

All of those things together—the support you get from the app, the support you get from the community, the support you get from our personal coaches—add up steroids for your productivity.

Get started and be part of the Coach.me community!

Reviews

Mostly used
Lura Daleman

This has quickly become one of my most frequently used apps! Very much useful for your goal tracking.

Clean interface
Forest Daintree

This app has the clean interface. I love how it shows overdue reminders and easily allows you the reschedule them.

Good coach
dare.bernhard

Superb app. I can see at a glance whether I'm improving the frequency of my goals. Really good one.

Has not helped me
Jen E 71

The app itself doesn’t do anything to help you achieve your goals. It doesn’t give any information, instructions or motivation. You can post questions and other users can answer them. You can set up reminders but, I already have a Reminder app so I don’t need this app for that. This app’s only real purpose is for you to find and hire an actual person to coach you to achieve your goal.

Faithful daily user. Streak score isn’t kept correctly.
ZK3q0VVya1z&*m1

Extremely frustrating when I have to habitually check the previous 7 days (every day) to make sure things are checked off, because this app just happens to randomly uncheck some of my daily to-do’s. This has been an issue for a long time. Come on guys. So if you care about getting streaks, make sure to always double and triple check the past 7 day history of your list items.

Forced close, no updates, few features
koricup

This app force closes waaay too much for it to be productive

Cannot find friend in search results
KeturahBella

Thank you kindly for your time and assistance. ? Is there another way to connect with a friend? It is unclear why she is not showing up in the "find friends search" results. She has a confirmed public account. She is not showing up in my search. She does not have Facebook or Twitter so the only option is to search by name, which the returned results are unsuccessful. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Great BUT CRASHES WITHOUT FAIL IN EDIT MODE
H.T. Glover

I like this app a great deal but I have been unable to re-order my daily goals because every time I enter edit mode the app crashes. This problem has persisted for a very long time, possibly over a year. It is frustrating because I like to order my goals in certain ways and I have been unable to do so.

On the wane

The release notes used to be loquacious, philosophical and enthusiastic. For the past year they have been terse and perfunctory. I wonder what changed behind the scenes.

Good for building daily habits
AMUSETHEMUSES

I like this app, it’s just the same checklist everyday of habits that you want to do in a day. You can totally customize and input what your checklist of habits, and you set to private or publicly seen. That’s the other part- there’s a social factor where other people could give you comments and props for accomplishing that habit of the day - That part doesn’t really do much for me but I’m sure others might find it helpful/comforting that there are people trying to build the same exact habit. Overall, I like this app-it’s simple, and it’s worked for me in building certain daily habits. It’s great to have a daily reminder of actionables where I can feel good checking them off, no matter how small they are. And usually when I feel I’ve had a good day, it’s directly associated to how many items I checked off that day. The only thing is maybe if each habit could have an option to set an alert notification reminder if the habit should happen a certain time of the day. Or if the habit could be set to recur weekly, or certain days only.
