App is a great study tool. I used it off and on over the last few months. I liked that it was right there in my hand when I had a few extra minutes to study, so I didn't have to go grab a big book. The upgrade is well worth it. I never had any technical problems. Questions' format was beneficial. I loved the answer explanation with each question. Information is current. I used this as my primary study tool and passed my exam yesterday! I have several of my friends using it now and would highly recommend it to anyone planning on taking the test.

Great app! Study plans, reminders, options for customizing your tests, and answer rationales all make this a great tool preparing for CNOR.

I really liked this app, it made me think and covered many areas. Unfortunately I did not pass today and will have to retake. I already had the upgraded version of this app so I will have to find other study resources. I used mainly this app and care of the surgical patient book. The questions were somewhere comparable to the test in format but the material was very different. Maybe because it is updated every year and it is early in the new year. Super bummed and out 380 to test and $20 for app. Good luck to all and I recommend this app in combination with other study resources. My score was 592 out of 620 to pass.

Great study tool to help prepare for the CNOR exam. I like that explanations are given for the answers.
