The app crashes at the startup and won’t allow you to use it at all. I literally tried to open the app like 30 times in a row hoping it would fire up just once. The help just sends you to the CN website and has no specific help desk or department that you could report this too.
App never opens. I’ve tried installing and reinstalling and every time it opens to the screen with the woman and a big white block in the top left hand corner.
This app still works on older phones, but does not seem to work at all on 6s (or above?) phones
Yeah same deal as the previous guy. Try to open the app and it closes. Makes checking in that much longer but oh well.
The app let me log in one time. Once I tried to do a quick trace it kicked me off and said wrong login, password repeatedly as I tried to log back in. I guess I’ll have to keep using the browser to track my trains.
