The questions are not complex enough and have misspelling. Poor prep for the exam.
Explained it all but no one has gotten back to me. Worth zero stars but won't allow me to submit without one
I'm not perfect, but there are simple questions that have blatantly wrong answers. It's hard enough studying for a test and trying to remember facts, but when they give you wrong answers? Not cool people!
Um..... Asked me where a patient with appendicitis would feel pain. Told me RLQ is wrong because the appendix is located in the LLQ and therefore would feel pain there. Oookay. DON'T PURCHASE
After purchasing this App... it keeps shutting down on me. Do not purchase . Waste of money!!!
I bought the full version of this app for my upcoming exam. I should have done more research. Some of the questions are incomplete and non-specific. Furthermore, the questions also are simplistic and not asked in typical nursing question format. I don't think a patient or patient care was mentioned once in the 200 questions I made it through. The "explanations" don't actually explain anything, they just rephrase the correct answer. I do not recommend. Ten dollars down the drain.
