Very Disappointed

Every single game in the past few days have been epic losses. Lost over 90 million in two days with bets between 100-180k which has resulted in a 90 million loss. Reels move exceptionally slow let alone spin button I have to literally smack to get to spin. Unfortunately, can only mean one thing, it is rigged. I have no connection issues and plus my device is new. I only experience these issues when I lose big time. I am very discouraged and disappointed in playing this app anymore. I used to love this app and looked forward to playing on a daily basis. This was my number 1 app to go too. No fun consistently losing in all of the games. It is unfortunate, as I have recommended this app to several people; family, friends, and to other players in other gaming apps. I now regret in doing so. I gave this app consistent 5-Star ratings, but as of this date, a one star rating would be appropriate. If this how you want to get rid of long-time players, this is the way to go with consistent epic losses. Too mad and frustrated to play, knowing it will be all losses regardless of the game. Seeing it is to believe it, and have experienced as such, in the past two days. I will miss the friends that I have in this app. Great group of folks. The likelihood of keeping this app are very slim and at this point, I do not feel I can ever recommend again this app to any future players. It is not worth the frustration future players may experience. I do not enjoy playing games that are being manipulated. Very offended to think we are idiots not to recognize that is what is happening. This app has been deleted as of this date, and will never consider reinstalling. Thanks Club Vegas for a lousy Father’s Day. Update to review, lost 800 million on Father’s Day in this app.

I can’t win to save my life and when you build a few chips they are gone in a flash. Buy chips and they gone even faster. No big wins since I started. I’m starting to think that all the big winners and people with lots of chips are bots.
Connectivity issues

Every time I try to connect to Facebook so I can save where I am in the game the app either freezes or crashes. Tried over 20 times on different occasions. Just got a new phone and loved playing this game however may need to stop since I would have to start from the beginning on new phone due to data not being saved via Facebook.

I just bought a pkg and the game went off and you gave 24,000 for compensation.. I was ringing more than that when the game went off..... Your game goes off 5 to 6 times a day... just now it went off just when I was in a bonus and your compensation was 124,000 and it was the hot sevens which I know I would of gotten more... your game out of all the games I have yours is the only one to go off..

Updated review and lowered rating. Sure enough all my chips are gone in just a few hours from spinning way too many zeros. Discouraging to play after you have a few good hits then it all goes back in. Will likely delete this app. Glad I didn’t purchase anything - as that thought crossed my mind but prices were unreasonable. With the right components, this app has a lot of potential. First, chip prices need to be lowered and more offered. Second, loosen the slots if you want players to stick around. Its discouraging to spin with a lot of wins that are zeros or lower than your bet. Never seen so many ZERO WINS on a slot like these. My wins are being depleted because of the hundreds of zeros I get. Turned me off from buying worthless chips if they won’t even last a day. If you say it’s your algorithm and a player’s luck - then it’s your misfortune. Players won’t stay if they keep losing. Last, you need to add more casino games - for a more wholesome appeal. There’s an Epic club which really isn’t encouraging. For a club to rack up points, a player needs to hit an Epic win - otherwise points won’t count for the club you join. All wins should be credited towards club goals.
