Cloze worked great for a couple of years. With the pandemic our business died. We hope to restart if it ever gets back to normal but in this hour of need Cloze has removed the “Cancel Subscription” option from the Apple store. So tomorrow they will be charging me $199 that I do t have to spare. Thoughtless carelessness. They will likely make me work overtime just to get a refund if they refund it at all. I will not be restarting my business with Cloze.

Absolutely the best and easiest to understand crm in the game ! Only wish it would have follow up campaigns automated other than that it has everything else that’s needed for a real estate crm.

Brilliant idea how about an app that reads all your old emails, text messages and appointments and suggests you keep in touch? Unfortunately that’s where it all breaks down. It works great as a contact manager but there’s no calendar view of tasks and its constant need to check back and refresh the cloud means info you’ve cleared or dealt with returns. Needs high quality calendar, more robust todos and faster interface... lets keep our fingers crossed. FYI I use it on android IPad and web and the issues are platform agnostic.

This is exactly what I was looking for to manage all my business relationships and be more systematic about staying in touch. The phone integration is genius. Seeing all your touchpoints to a contact on a timeline is so useful. Everyone needs this app.

I decided to go with a different app but had already granted email access to Cloze. How do I disconnect that access now? There are no instructions for that!
Good but not without flaws

Great for managing business contacts and emails. However, the interface feels cluttered and poorly laid out. Also, there is no way to set as a default email app like other email clients so severely limits ease of use.
No Mac OS desktop app

App is really good. Documentation is terrible. If you can't find a feature, reach out to help desk and they are really helpful, but it seems like even they sometimes don't know the answer and you just have to do a trial and error process yourself. The AI is incredibly useful, and I hope they continue to make this a more polished and refined product. In case anyone who does not have a M1 mac is wondering, when you look at the app store it says the app is only compatible with m1 macs. Well what that actually means is that you can run the iPad app on the desktop, and there is not a dedicated desktop app. You can only see that information if you open the app store on a M1 mac.
