The title of my review is a metaphor. It's remarkable to me the makers of this app provide so little information about installation and troubleshooting. As remarkable is a review written in 2010 made the same observation. This app seems to have been orphaned by its makers. What a shame and why does Apple allow this? I will now Google troubleshooting for clouder and if I have no luck I will delete this app. My life is more important than trying to compensate poor software/app design.
