Aside from not actually converting files- you know, the whole point of this so called app- it’s wonderful. That’s called “sarcasm”. It is confusing, inefficient, and, like all the apps made by this band of incompetents: useless.

I deleted the app and downloaded it again and now it’s being helpful. It’s just a little buggy so it might be stressful at times, when that happens it’s best to just deleted the app and download it again. (Weird I know but it helps)

This service is absolutely essential to running my business successfully. I use it to turn dynamically drawn svg maps into PDFs, and it works flawlessly. My customers, who are trade show managers, depend on these PDFs of their floor plans. - Bob Wolf, conventionforce
