Worked in the beginning not after IOS update

Worked fine originally but now after updating the app and to latest version of ios14 on iPhone 8plus the app opens then when you press on any of the buttons nothing happens you can’t select anything on the app after it opens, like it can’t register your touch or it just can’t function

Great service

I really love this app, and it saved me getting a separate phone for my counselling clients. My only peeve is my virtual number has to ring 10-15 times before the voicemail picks up, and people usually give up and hang up before then. I wrote to the support team, and they said it would be fixed soon but not as of yet. Fingers crossed. Otherwise I can’t fault it.

Why you should not use Cloud Sim

John Doe The 1st

The hidden cost of using Cloud Sim I was looking for a way to protect my privacy when dealing with Craigslist and the like. The first thing I noticed is that Cloud Sim is not only charging for texting and phone calls (more about that later), but you are also forced to keep paying for the number you use, 1mon $3.99, 3mon $9.99, 12mon $28.99. Another thing is that when you want to top up your account you are suddenly being charged an additional cost. $8.49 turns into $11.99 and $4.99 into $6.99 and $1.49 into $1.99. Remember the early days of cellphones when you got charged for incoming phone calls as well as for calls you made? That is how Cloud Sim double charges you too. Text messaging supposed to be 5.0¢/sms and phone calls 1.3¢/min but he tru costs are much much higher when you add to it all the extra costs. Additional negative points are not only the already overpriced “5.0¢/sms” but also the fact that Cloud Sim text messaging does allow for any attachments. While I write this review I am waiting to receive a text message I send to myself. Sending and receive Cloud Sim sms can take minutes and all the way up to a day in both directions.
