Wake on LAN does not work!

For the price, I expected all features to work as advertised and they simply do not. I contacted tech support who advised me that once the remote computer goes to sleep it the client software disconnects and cannot be woken remotely. Video streaming never worked, music streaming only worked sometimes and the entire user interface is extremely clumsy.

Loses all settings after iPad restore

If you happen to perform restore for whatever reason of your iPad this app loses ALL the settings and you have to re enter everything again. Done it two times, not going to do it again - uninstalling.. Waste of my $$..

I hace a 4 monitors setup on a Mac Pro, I posted a support request on Nov-12 04:06, and after almost a month the problem doesnt even has assigned operator, one star is for a very bad customer support service.

Personally, I like the app's ui. I'm most impressed by its ability to connect to SFTP sites, when many other apps that claim to do so actually don't. My main reason for downloading this app was so that I could make edits to HTML files for clients' websites. The app only partially allows me to do this...I can download the HTML files and edit them with the built-in text editor, but any time I try to rename or delete a file from the site, the app crashes. Would be utterly grateful and rate higher if the developers could fix this issue!

can connect to desktop with Google account! and do drive share with the pro and i also use the free desktop app to make it even easier!!! Support is fast and very helpful...

I love this app. Just to have the ability to have one app and have a centralized app to set all the connections without having to leverage multiple as is extremely valuable. The support team is great. I provide a few recommendations and they responded quickly. I would recommend this app to everyone. And if you are in an IT type of environment, GET THIS APP. It will save you time and allow you to be more productive.

This has the potential to become my primary file management app. One thing that I would love to see is the ability or option to load thumbnail images in a folder. It can be very time consuming to locate a file without thumbnails because you have to load each full image. There is the option to view previews of some documents but not images that aren't stored locally. I would definitely give this app 5 stars if they could get file preview for all documents, including those located in cloud storage. Also, cloud sync to a local folder would be a great addition.
