I haven't found a better app for what I am working on. I would recommend playing with the contrast so you can achieve the color desire you like most. Lots of fun! ?? The new update is amazing and even better!! Thank you! ?

Clip2Comic appears to use a vectorization algorithm to produce crisp outlines and tonal areas. Does a nice job! I enjoy experimenting with the output files in other digital imagery programs. I'd appreciate being able to save the results from this app as higher resolution PNG and PDF formats, if that could be added.
