Unable to access the app with my institution sign in, even though the desktop version works fine?.

The app is MEANINGLESS as I can’t even log in to it through my university. Because of this, I can’t access the text books through my university. Needs to be fixed quickly!!! Please help us to be able to log in!

No issues, must have login and permission already set up by your university to see textbooks.
First consult was better

Used First Consult regularly because it was a quick bedside reference. I have not touched the CK app much at all. Unable to browse the Clinical Overview and other sections of the app.

This app worked well enough until a week or two ago. Now I just get the orange screen that says clinical key and the circular animation that indicates that it's loading. I restarted my phone and deleted the app and redownloaded it. It still doesn't work. Extremely frustrating.
