I wish the app had a way to manage things we want to save and organize. Example on the website we can "pin" to Pinterest so we can reference later. However I don't see where the app can do that.

Wow, this is an impressive app. I like the wide variety offered -- from news to clinical case challenges. I was disappointed I could not send out news articles of interest---missing a marketing opportunity.
