The key to this is remove the link between the built in iPhone mailer and your work email. I let the ClearSlide app run all of my work related email, and it definitely makes it easy to track and follow up. Using the web app can be pretty tedious at times, but the mailer makes all of it a snap.
Still the Ole Seed Mail

Clearslide App does not support push notifications. No notification filters. It's based on the old Seed Mail platform from 2012. Server that store your confidential company info are based in China. Not trustworthy. Have your IT do an audit of Clearslide and its tactics before you implement. Try either Acompli or Yesware.
Great except Calendar

Good: Multiple email accounts supported including Exchange. Nice interface. Ability to purge trash items. Bad: Calendar events disappear all the time. I go to enter an event and 5 minutes later it is gone.
