Awful video over wireless

Downloaded the app after purchasing the server software to allow university teachers to connect to schools with low bandwidth using a Polycom at the school and the video is awful. Even when I tried using the app on my iPad to call a Polycom in my office the quality was unacceptable. Very pixelated and the audio breaks up. I would not recommend using this app on the iPad. The Mac app, and I assume the Windows app will work well if you are connected through ethernet, which is the only reason I gave this app a 2 star rating. I think the problem is with a lack of options for controlling the connection speed via the app. I can set the speed on the server, but I'm wondering if I could set it on the app if I'd have better luck. But even then, I'm not sure if that is really the answer. I need to be able to have quality video and audio on a relatively low bandwidth and this isn't cutting it. Bottom line is that if you need to be able to run this app on your iPad, you should check out other options.

I use video conferencing everyday. This app is amazing because it is H.323 and SIP. If you don't know why these standards are you have no biz rating this APP. This company was purchased by LOGITECH FOR $100 million. The app has a bunch of features that are amazing, and even with the things that need improvement I still give it 5 stars because it is a breakthrough product!

Does not work with any sip provider as advertised. Requires their own sip service which is difficult to sign up for.
Very expensive, stopped working

We bought one of their high-end packages ($39 a month) and prepaid. Along about November last year, everything just stopped working. We can't get a reply from tech support so we'll just chalk it up to a lesson learned.

Ripoff Copy of LifeSize Cloud

Go look at the screenshots of LifeSize Cloud. Straight rip copy of it. Might work with other video conference systems other than LifeSize, but everything else about the app is an exact copy. I guess Logitech is OK with apps from all their sub-companies looking the same but pretending they're different. ?
