The newest update ruined a perfectly good app. Way too many bugs to count! It's useless to me until the next update :(

The Clearplan app for my iPhone has changed the way I run accounts. I no longer print run sheets (or even make run sheets) any longer. Totally awesome app! If you’re not on Clear yet, get on now.
Needs routing

It's cool to see all my assignments on a map but the app does not route.If you cover a large area you still need a navigator. Also, to have a piece of software call me "bro" is a bit unprofessional.

Awesome way to keep up with all the orders a repo man has. Need to fix a few things here and there but over all a very great and powerful app
Alright but issues

This app is alright as it lets you run address quicker, but some part of my zones are all messed up. I start to go to an address where ears telling me to go and the address won't exists or there will be a highway North and South and it will make me go the opposite way.

We all in the repo business have been there. Clients calling about updates that agent hasn’t gotten in, a quick change to information on account. Maybe you got a new address or this account has GPS installed. The changes from accounts are endless sometimes. This app allows you to customize so many features for your drivers for just about anything. We have been on Clearplan for several years now and are so excited about the evolution of an app made by repossessors for repossessors. As we all know fuel consumption is one of our biggest cost. Agents running a poorly chosen route. Well you can eliminate that from day one. Our fuel consumption more than saved a few bucks. I would clearly state we have cut it in half with the proper training of your agents on how to run the route. No more missed addresses and no more missed compliance issues. An agent can quickly view previous updates from the app. I can’t stress enough how long repossessors have needed this app with the ever so changing repo industry. Customer service is the best.
