Malfunction meaning weather app

My weather app has been frozen with the same temperature dating back three months ago. With all the updates nothing changes. This used to be a very accurate app. I don’t know what happen with your tech support.

Had this app for years, was perfect. Now the forecasts are reliably wrong, locations haven’t changed but current conditions are way off.

This used too be my Favorite Weather App. No longer since I used it because it is one of the only Apps that gave the Dew Point. It hasn’t since spring. I tried emailing without receiving a reply. I don’t use it now & if this issue isn’t fixed my entire Family & myself will be deleting it?

I liked the app for years but it seems quite buggy now. The forecast has the exact same data for several cities and won’t refresh. I’ve reinstalled the app and have the same issue on both iPhone and iPad.

Completely wrong weather and forecast

For the zip code of 91302 app shows high of 75 and raining. When in fact it’s mid to high 90s and 0% chance of rain. I live here and the app used to be correct however now it is completely wrong
