Not being a technical individual, I was looking for an app that would free memory or space, much like CC CLEANER does for my pc. This app lacks in instruction, and does not see to clean or free up anything.

Really? Why would i need to "clean my contacts"? I need something to free up space. I am savvy enough to clean my contacts manually. This is a pointless app. There are descriptions for a reason. Just Saying!

My Name:Linda My Feedback: I don't understand what the free version does I was testing it out to see how it worked and it doesn't do anything. So why would I buy a pro version if free version doesn't work. It is the free version is just set upto show you the screen but it doesn't do anything then it doesn't do anything but anger people because there are tons of other programs out there that are free that will do something that won't have you download the program and then when you go to use it says that it doesn't do anything in unless you Pay money so basically all I have is a picture with no function. I'm going to remove it. Because not only did it waste my time telling me it would do something as the free version and it did not do it but it makes me feel as if it's a scam and I would never ever use anything from this company. Because the free version does absolutely nothing. It shows me the duplicate numbers and then when I try to delete it is says I need the pro version then it shows me how much it needs to clean and then when I go to clean it is says I need toget the pro version. At the same time that I downloaded yours I downloaded three others that have free and pro versions that actually perform a function and performs a more advanced function in their pro version. So it give me an idea how it will work in the pro version by how well it performs in the free version. There are a ton programs that once you download the pro version and pay for it you have to jump through hoops to get your money back because you find out its not what you want or doesn't perform as is says it will. Why would I waste my time downloading the pro version without testing out the free. And I tested out your free version it doesn't do anything at all so that tells me you're pro version won't do anything at all and I'm glad I save my money good luck with this because I'm telling everybody that I know that this is a scam. We did nothing but make me angry and make me feel as if you were trying to rip me off.
