Don’t waste your time App works Great....... But the service is a joke. Middle man just trying to make a buck without working.1st use hotel gave me a chk out receipt $48.75 CLC billed me $64.56. 2nd use hotel receipt $71.96 CLC billed me $82.50. They advertise up to a 40 percent savings? It’s Sun night 1/14/18 I’ll cancel in the morning.

App use to be my go to, now it’s just trash since the update. Constantly force closing on me and my fellow colleagues. When you’re out on these roads u can’t be playing guessing games , get it together

App seems to work ok. But always have trouble checking in. It’s late and clerk would not check me because did not understand direct bill. Had same problem in manhattan ks last week and in joblin mo week before. Had to get clc staff on phone to get resolved this time. Took 45 min to check in because was on hold with clc for so long. Then clc person was rude. Motel staff always gives a bill for much then clc actually charges. Just gets confusing all around.

This is a good app. I use at least three times a week. I agree with one of the other reviews, it would be nice to leave reviews of the hotel/motel. There have been a few times when I called the hotel and asked about their “big truck” parking I’m told they have it. I get to the hotel and they only have room for one “big truck” and it’s already taken.

I agree with other reviewers, it would be great to submit a review on particular hotels and to review hotel photos on the app. To read reviews and view the property now I have to locate the hotel by doing a google search first, reading others comments, and then contacting the hotel for a room. An update a month ago to the application has caused it to crash each time I try to open a saved hotel in my favorites list. Upon contacting the developer I was told it was connected to using the app on my Apple phone. Please improve our experience.

Newest update keeps flipping me between the app home screen and App Store. I open up the app and it tells me to upgrade now, I click on it, it takes me to the App Store (its already updated) I click OPEN and it’s a never ending cycle
