I love this app. It is definitely not a scam, and I have won a ton of things from it. Customer service has always been helpful, and it is really fun to play. Having said all that, I am severely disappointed. I started noticing that certain machines along with all of their prizes had gone missing from my play list. I wrote customer service about it, and I have been banned from certain machines for exchanging prizes “too many times.” I find this very unfair, especially because they have already put a cap on how many times you can win a specific prize, and the fact that I have spent a lot of money to play this game. I have not been able to complete any of the special collection sets they put together because of the machines I have been blocked from, and I am also missing out on other new prizes that they are adding. I explained that I did not realize that what I had done violated their rules of conduct, and that I would refrain from the behavior I had engaged in. I asked if the machines would be restored for me, but they have not been. I am not pleased about this. I want to have the full play list, because as I have said, I have spent a bunch of money to be able to play. Thank you for taking the time to read this. UPDATE: I have been banned from three more machines in as many days. The only response I have gotten is that someone is “looking into it with higher management.” I suggest you don’t bother spending a bunch of money trying to get good at it, because they will shut you down. Final update: I waited three days to be told that “everything with my account is fine.” Absolutely none of my questions pertaining to exactly what behavior warrants being banned from a machine were answered, nor was the issue of the bans being lifted addressed. A new machine that I cannot play gets added to the list every day. I am ashamed to say, but I have literally spent every bit of ten thousand dollars on this app, and this is the treatment that I have received in return. My conclusion is that they are not content to make money on everyone, because they do. They want to make as much money on every single person as possible, and if you consistently win, well then that is just not acceptable. I will not say don’t play, because it is a fun app with cool prizes, and customer service for the most part has been great. What I will say is, if you are a serious gamer or claw machine addict, tread lightly, and try to limit the amount of time and games you play. If you are too good at it, you will be the next one that they refuse to let play, regardless of how much money you have contributed. Okay. So I know I said before this that that was the final update, but I just had to add this... Yesterday, I noticed that a ton of the prizes that had formerly been spread out on different machines, all of them had been lumped into three different machines. I am talking each of these three machines literally has at least ten prizes associated with it, when normally each machine only has about three or four. I was curious what was going on, so I asked my mom to log in so I could see what hers looked like. Sure enough, it is only my game they have messed with. They have dropped it down to about 10 different machines that I can play in total, there are literally about 30 different machines in reality. They are trying to force me to get kicked off the remaining machines by having “excessive wins.” I think this is also to help prevent me from being able to win at all, seeing as how they have put all of the prizes on machines that have notoriously low wins on it (the claw doesn’t work well on these games). There is no level they won’t sink to to try to force me to stop playing! So sneaky and backhanded! I just am in utter shock and awe. Clawee, I am so so disappointed in you guys, and that is why I am finally dropping my rating all the way down to one star. Sad, when I first wrote a review, it had five stars...

You can tell the reviews are fake. Some almost say the exact same thing. They don’t respond to customer support messages. I witnessed a game rigged on video where someone had it perfect and it didn’t even try to pick items up. It costs a lot to get coins but the prizes are ones I can just buy off wish or aliexpress for $1 or 2 and yet coins cost 2.99 and up and after getting vip they raised the difficulty and coin costs to play...
