Locked app

I love the classroom timer so I upgraded to pro. Now it’s not working. The App Store says it’s not available. I should have received notification of this but the app won’t even open.

New Ads are Extremely Intrusive

This used to be great. Now there are full screen ads (often with video!) that start when you try to start a timer. Imagine, a full class watching the projector screen waiting for a timer, when an ad for a video game pops up. Total nightmare. I can’t decide if I’m going to pay to upgrade to the “pro” version or just pay to use a different app, as their new ad system was so disruptive and frustrating. Seriously, if you want to create an ad paywall there are much better ways to do so (provide restricted/limited use, header or bottom ad bars, even less intrusive ads).

Ads make this ineffective for classroom

Ads Pop Up right away. Too annoying to use when they are constantly harping on wasting sacred educational time!!

The pop up ads when you launch the app are annoying and slow me down. I wish there was a way to buy a version without the ads. If so, the app would be perfect for my needs. The kids like the clean and simple graphics.

Like overall

I really like the ap but would like the graphic used to say time up to be different. Don't really like the explosion effect.

Nice app

Like it, but my sound effects don't work.

Good job

I really like the app and use it quite a bit in my classroom. It would be better If the explosion effect after the time is up was an option or just gone altogether.

Could be Better

The alarm, explosion, and well done should be altogether. It's useful.

Avoid like a dying plague rat!

First, let me say that this app does what it's supposed to do with a minimum of fuss. I like the clean, simple interface, and using it is intuitive. What I don't like is being bombarded with ads for candy crush every time I log in or go to change a setting. That's what makes this app worthless - if you tell kids that they can't play games, what will they think when they see candy crush pop up every two minutes on YOUR device?

Drains battery

Stsawyer

I like this in class. It really keeps us on track however it runs the battery out just I've half way through class. I set it each hour to help us quickly see how much time we have left. That works great then we have no iPad for the rest of the day. I'm not sure why it drains so fast with only this app. Fix the drain and the it will have more stars from my class.
