My snapshot camera app is Camera +, when I need an image for utility purposes. My fine photography app is 645 Pro, with dozens of films, filters and controls for focus, exposure and white balance. ClassToy is my fun app. I put up the 99¢ for the upgrade and have lots of lenses and film types to play with and explore. The app is great for experimentation. It puts a toy in the hands of my inner child.

This update brings a new interesting interface, but comes at a high price- lots of bugs, harder to navigate albums, more difficult way to change lenses and stuff.

One of my favorite camera apps. Better than Hipstamatic, cuz it doesn't nickel and dime you. More intuitive than Leme Cam. Full of many of my favorite nostalgic film camera effects.

The older version was less complicated and the filters were clear. Now the app takes forever and filters are too dark or washed out.

Just plain fun
Life-in-a-yurt
Just plain fun! The learning curve was not too great, and I had fun doing it. I've had this app for a little while now and I'm still having fun with it. I like the challenge of composing for the different lenses, as well as combining film and overdrive choices. *still not sure what the difference is between Version 1 & Version 2. Photos seem to process slowly (I only shoot full resolution) and i don't need to see what I've just taken before taking another picture. It's also nice not to have to worry about settings on the back end. I can set everything first and then have a coherent shoot, even if I change lenses. It is not instagram or hipstamatic, and for that I'm thankful. If you want to experiment rather than take just a square photo, then i recommend this app. Thats not to say you can't take good photos. Some of my favorites have come from this app. I can't comment on the in-app upgrade as I don't have it.
