The objective of the game is to navigate one's game piece from the start (bottom square) to the finish (top square), helped or hindered by ladders (chutes) and snakes, respectively.

Logged in with Facebook selected name, avatar and flag then can’t go any further. Game just stops

Poorly designed game that does not function properly. Like most of these games online. Terrible.
It shows a black screen

When I open the app, it just shows a black screen until I tap the screen. Then the screen is black on all the buttons. When I press "play", it just shows a black screen again, but I can still "roll" the dice because I can hear the animation. Can you fix this? I have a ludo app from this maker and it works perfectly fine, so I don't know why it doesn't work.
