To many cheaters, this game has ways to get cheat codes. So how can it be fun, when people can’t play without cheating. Wish they would go back in and have a way to kick these cheaters out. There are lots of games that won’t let you play with cheat codes. Maybe something to thank about in next update. That’s why I gave it one star. Other wise would be fun game.

I love this game... But, I'm having a few issues with the "help" services that they offer. I reported that someone seemed to be using my Clash Royale account, because I had started to notice that some of my coins and gems were just "vanishing", and I had battle recordings which I hadn't played. So, they lock my account while they're "investigating" whoever hacked my account. Sure, that's fine. They're trying to help, I think to myself. Hopefully they'll find this "hacker", I thought. Surprise, surprise. Two weeks have passed and still they haven't found the culprit. So, I told them to forget about it and just let me play. And no, they didn't, because they wanted to solve it. It's MY account and I should be able to use it when I want to. Anyway, I'm still rating five star because of the game itself, not because of such services. Please do actually help me be able to play, because I'm missing out on tournaments and events because of this issue.

Clash Royale has many great things like you can play with your friends and the popularity. But, the worst part is in clans the owner has complete control of who to kick out and not and stay anonymous. Clash Royale, is also just a card game for kids. So, you would barely find teenagers on or adults. I say it is great but the clans are unfair!

I used to love this game. I quit because 99% of the time, you play someone whose toxic. TAKE AWAY THE EMOTES!!! They do nothing but frustrate people. Also, supercell is a company only looking to make money, overcharging for things like gold and gems. It cost like 20 gems for 200 gold which doesn't get you anything! They should take after Blizzard, who cares a lot about their player base. Blizzard always looks to end toxicity and puts players before money! Also, very importantly, penalize for leaving a 2v2 match. When a teammate leaves, the game is just a waste of time. Maybe a 10 minute penalty or something of this nature. Overall it is a fun game, BUT supercell needs to take away the emotes and care about their players more. Maybe if they did this, their games wouldnt lose their popularity as much.

I love this game! You have done a great job of making this game fair and balanced. But, the transfer policy is a little screwed up in my opinion. I tried to transfer from my tablet to my iPod, and I was rejected because of my Level! What kind of policy is that?! I just want to have an account on my new device so I can sell the old. But, that rule makes it hard. I hope I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Please help out, and I will be in touch. Tablet: Soldier 76, Level 7 iPod: Rap God, Level 5
