Basically at the higher tiers, you end up fighting against people with cards two levels higher than you. If chests didn’t require a win, that would be fine. But as is, it’s just a way for them to make you grind SUPER slow or... Give them money.

Huge matchmaking issues! Waste of time

Turns a potentially fun game into trash. I destroy other players with no real fight, because I’m several levels higher than them. Then turn around and get matched against a player several levels higher than me. Huge matchmaking issues. Also the server has connection issues frequently. I get the no service sign and when I check connection I’m good. It’s this one game with connection issues. Overall it seems as if the developer has just moved on from giving this game the attention it needs to run smoothly.

I have a blast with the emojis communicating with my opponent! No other game makes me laugh so hard! ? I just wish there was a way to join the clan of your opponent at the end of every battle, based on how good your opponent is, it would be awesome to ask to join so that if you can’t beat them, you join them. It would make it easier and more enjoyable to have friendly battles, it would also make you feel great when you beat someone and they ask to join your clan!
Bad matchmaking

I’ll keep this short, I’ve played this game on and off for a very long time and will say this, get used to losing 80% of the time because of bad matchmaking. Supercell tells you matchmaking is based on skill, strength and trophies however a level 7 card vs a level 13 is not fair. I once again deleted this game as it’s simply not fun losing most of the time. I simply want to compete but when you lose 3 out of 4 matches, it’s not fun.

I’ve been playing for a pretty good while. Wouldn’t call myself a great player but at least decent. Every since they introduced pass royale (which you must pay for) I lose a lot more than I ever did before. No, I have not purchased pass royale. It is very obvious that an advantage is given to those that have payed. I’ve enjoyed this game for several years but have about decided to do away with it.

The matching system is extremely flawed. Im a level 10 and i constantly get matched up against 12’s When i say constant. I had 7 in a row before i paired up with a level 11. Its a joke and doesnt make the game fun at all. Also they have deleted my comment four times now.

This is tied with CoC with the best game in the world. It’s not an opinion that’s a fact. I’m 11 and love this game!!!! Supercell did a great job with this. It takes a lot of troops and spells from CoC and mixes them with new troops that show up in CoC in special events. You do either have to patient and build up to get really good or you just spend a lot of money. I’ve played three years and I’m not even halfway to the top of the leaderboard. I’ve spent some money to get where I am so yes it does require some money to get good. It’s really addicting so it’ll stick with you forever. Really fun game and I like how you don’t have to wait for troops like you have to in CoC. I’m seeing some reviews about language usage issues and keeping your child away from that. I have a solution. Make a clan. Trust me if you make a clan and invite friends then there is no cussing hazard. Your clan will build up over time but you have to be patient. Me and my brother made a clan last month that is already thriving. If you don’t want to make a clan join our clan called Negative Zero. We have a strict cussing policy and play often. I do have a couple wishes for this game though. 1. Bring back the Touchdown Challenge! It’s really fun and you can just keep it during football season. It made a lot download when you made it. 2. I wish they gave CoC more attention. It’s getting boring and I think it’s because Clash Royale is getting all the attention. CoC was your first big game and you need to give both equal attention. 3. I do wish for global chat so you can get people to join your clan. 4. This is a huge idea that would help your game TREMENDOUSLY!!! A battle Royale mode. That would attract millions more. Fortnite is dying and they would go here probably. You could Ride on a hog over the map and choose where you drop. Then take all the arenas to make a map. You pick one card to use to find things. In chests there could be more cards and you could switch each card to your desire in game. The winner gets a big chest with a ton of cards in it. I think it should be level 8+ though.
