A word from our customers:

"There are so many productivity apps out there that are practically clones of each other, with the same old boring workflow that just doesn't work for everyone. It's nice for me to finally have found an app that facilitates true productivity through an effective system", Whirlygirlie, USA

”Finally an app that takes into account all of GTD (unlike Omnifocus that does not take into account the energy nor the time required for action)” - FranckyBorsalino, France

"I've been trying this app out for a while and I love it so far! Though I haven't yet, I'm probably going to be getting a Pro subscription soon. I think it's a bit of an investment for me, but since using Clair has been helping me take action the way other apps haven't been able to do, I believe it's worth it." - Whirlygirlie, USA

• Clair is designed to minimize context switching, which may be a major tax on your productivity and to maximize feeling of 'flow', which is characterized by a clear sense of goals, and by continuous feedback indicating in how far the last action brought the situation closer to the goal.

• It is a bottom-up approach to organize both your business and personal life. Clair is thoroughly inspired by David Allen's time proven Getting Things Done methodology and gives you the power of structure and a piece of mind.

• The app includes an introduction to GTD and a lot of useful tips about GTD and how the app is intended to be used.

• No prior knowledge of GTD is required. Even if you don't have any earlier experience with the GTD-system, Clair will give you support in adhering to the system, by simply using the app and following its workflow.

• iCloud sync between iOS devices and Touch ID authentication are supported. We highly value your privacy, and your data is never read or stored by Real Creations AB (see the link to our privacy policy).

Fix end date problem please
Murphenkos

Overall I like the app, and it is the closest to GTD I have found. But please fix small bugs, the most annoying one - end date does not get saved in any entries (projects)

Great planner tool
Whirlygirlie

I've been trying this app out for a while and I love it so far! Though I haven't yet, I'm probably going to be getting a Pro subscription soon. I think it's a bit of an investment for me, but since using Clair has been helping me take action the way other apps haven't been able to do, I believe it's worth it. Pros: - highly effective and stress-relieving "brain-dump" method of inputting the basics now, processing the details later - clean layout that facilitates organized mindset - ability to defer actions to another date or to link them to another task that they're "waiting on" - flexible organization system to customize to your own needs Cons/Suggestions for future: - lack of calendar view - lack of ability to create notifications/alarms/reminders for events - the need to learn your way around the app layout (this did not take long and overall it makes lots of sense) There are so many productivity apps out there that are practically clones of each other, with the same old boring workflow that just doesn't work for everyone. It's nice for me to finally have found an app that facilitates true productivity through an effective system!

Perfect for GTD users!
Maniakmama

This is the exact app that I've been looking for to use with the GTD system! I'm so excited to have found this app! My only feedback is that I wish you could just enter a single action without having to attach it to a project for things that are just one off tasks. And you can't beat the very affordable yearly subscription price!

Needs more work
SimpatiniZle

I like the overall concept. However, I had a couple issues. 1. I couldn't add a task without adding it to a project. This isn't how GTD is supposed to work. Projects are supposed to be for two or more tasks. 2. They won't even let you delete a task once it's added unless you subscribe to the paid version. That is simply ridiculous.

Great but bad pricing model
SeanR42

You should be able to delete on the free plan. It would be nice if you could just buy it for like $9.99 instead of subscribe.

Great app
Abe613

Fun and easy to use. Very smooth and bug free. Clean Apple-like interface. Really like it. I'm not sure I'll switch from my old fashioned methods thought. Wish I could!

Expecting more for the price
bioeric

The app is just "OK" for productivity. For the cost of the pro-subscription, I would have expected a lot more features and userability. I get the whole idea of flow and simplistic design, but there are literaly tons of apps in the App Store that have this same approach to GTD without excess price associated with purchase. The designer makes the comment of "designing and update of the app cost". My reply to this comment is "Have a better pricing structure and more people will buy your app"

Deceiving...
KimmySue3

I read the description and how there's one month all access free trial and even the note added about how some customers are wrong in the comments but that is completely false. I just downloaded the app and I am unable to delete a context. A pop up prompting me to purchase the pro version keeps coming up. Very sad and explains why this app hasn't become popular. Also, when creating recurring tasks, the only option you have is to repeat "upon completion" and not from due date - so scheduled to repeat every Tues but you completed it this week on Wed it will re change to recurring every Wed. UPDATE: I did get the free trial so unless there is some trick to getting the trial to activate, I stand by my review.
