Like game... but have won “clean sweep “ as Union 3 times in row, but record does not reflect results...and have waited over a week for response for help with this...but still no response after developers responded they would reply within 24 hours!

A very enjoyable game, you must understand the combined use of units in order to win battles. I am a history buff and this game offers an accurate depiction of typical civil war action based on available weapons and tactics available to the commanders and their troops.

This Brings Back A Lot Of Memories

I have studied civil war history for 25 years and I have played a lot of civil war related games. I must say that these games bring back a lot of the enjoyment I experienced playing the older table top wargames, and that is just playing the free edition. I will have to check out the other ones as well and look into the other eras. Solid, with a realistic feel.
Interesting game, and not politically correct.

This game simplifies the standard war game to allow the student of history or warfare to understand strategy, without sacrificing enjoyable game play. And just as importantly, in this day of political correctness and anti-Southern rhetoric, the game designers understand the struggle of the common soldier in this war.
