Reloading far too often

I really like this game but since the update to 1.4.6 build 1030, it reloads far too often. In a 10 minute period, the game will reload about 15 times. Sometimes it reloads about every 15-30 seconds, sometimes it reloads about every 2 minutes. I wrote to Sparkling Society about it but they said they had no problems with the game on their iPhone. I've played the game on my iPhone SE and my iPad Pro, and the reload frequency is the same. Both the SD and HD versions of the game reload all the time, too. There's no pattern. It reloads when I watch an ad. It reloads when I move a tree. It reloads when I navigate a menu. It reloads when I make a purchase. Fix this. Please.

Need tech help

I am level 27, on an ipad, tons of memory...etc. I am unable to scroll on the house, commercial or community screens to buy buildings past the first eight on each screen. Also, I would love to email tech support, but they come back to me as "no such email" so I am hoping someone from the makers of this game sees my review and contacts me to help get this fixed. The only other issue I have is the annoying pop-up video adds every 2 minutes, frusterating as all........otherwise the game is very well balanced. Thank you and hope to hear from someone on my tech issue soon, if not I have no other choice but to delete the game.

That advertising all the time ruined the game to me.

It's very engaging, but an ad pops up approximately every 90 seconds and sometimes causes the game to crash. I hope this is something that can be fixed.

The game is attractive but progress is excruciatingly slow. Game play is interrupted at least every MINUTE for an add. Even worse is that more than 9 out of every 10 adds are the same one. Do what I am doing, delete the game and find something which respects your intellect.

I really like this game and am not having any of the problems that others have mentioned. However, although I'm logged in and playing on an iPhone 6Plus, I cannot login and play on my iPad because I forgot my password. My bad but there should be someway to retrieve or change your password on the app. If there is, I can't find it!

The game itself is fun, addicting, and cute, but the constant annoying ads for getting old (seriously I'm NOT downloading Dwarves and Dragons, so stop shoving that video in my face!) I tried the "free gold" offers but was ripped off twice by two different offers, and not I can't return to the game. Why can't these people just charge us $5 or something for the game, and then we could get unlimited, uninterrupted content. I guess I'm going back to Minecraft, not exactly exciting, but there's no useless interruptions. Bottom line, fun game, but ruined with stupid ads and charging way to much to keep the game going. Who is really dropping $50 on a chest!?
