Intermittently dropping my VPN connection is not a feature. It's garbage.

Thank you Cisco for reading your reviews and fixing the issue. My connections now persist through device sleep and I can use my work VPN again.

No option for saving the password! We should confirm username and ENTER password every time and it takes lots of time Why dont you guys fix this problem? Is that so hard??

My company combines Cisco AnyConnect with Symantec VIP. Since the password is required to be typed every time, I must get a VIP token, switch to AnyConnect, type my password and paste the token, all within 30 seconds. Since the password has to comply with all the requirements (mixed caps, numbers, special characters, etc), it is near impossible. If passwords were saved, I could just paste in the token.

An easy-to-setup reliable VPN client but the user interface is awful. It asks for the username and password everytime we try to connect to the VPN server. If there was an option to save both the username and password, and we could tap on a button to connect/disconnect, it would be way easier and faster to use. Devs may want to take a look at how OpenVPN client works! I'd give it 5 stars but because of the terrible UI design and UX, it doesn't get more than 3 for now.
