Only way to book an appointment is thru the app, but you select the time and doctor and it does not let you confirm the appointment. Really frustrating when you are dealing with an illness!!

For whatever reason, I can’t get past the “verify your email” step in the signup process. Looking forward to using the app but for now it’s useless.

The app continuously crashes. I have the newest iPhone and iOS. Tried reinstalling the app. Still crashing.

This app which is required for so much of the interaction with their office is buggy. I’m not able to get past email verification step as link is sent to email, and clicking on the link opens up safari, which opens up the circle medical app, which immediately opens up AppStore to download circle app again... not able to complete this process, I’ve tried 4 times with the same loop and results

Mostly good, except for chat

The app is easy enough to use and navigate in, but the chat could use some work. Right now, all conversations with any doctors you’ve seen are merged into the same thread, along with any conversations with non-doctor staff. So 1) you can’t message individual doctors and 2) non-doctor staff can read messages that are intended for doctors. That’s a major privacy violation.

Decent but notifications don’t work

Overall it works ok but I never get notifications and can’t find where to cut them on. Any help?

App works fine. Doctors and Staff Not So Much

I went here and felt like I was dealing g with a gang that can't shoot straight. I'd see one doctor and go for follow-up only to find they left the practice. Front office staff lacks diplomacy, grace and tact. They require communication via their in app messaging. This is highly imprersonal and will likely be a downfall.
